Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the Capability & Digital Learning team, ensuring learning systems run smoothly and queries are resolved for colleagues across the business.

You’ll work with learning data, coordinate activities, support external suppliers and collaborate with stakeholders. Cornerstone On Demand experience is beneficial, but strong systems knowledge and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• End-to-end LMS administration experience, ideally Cornerstone On Demand.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting diverse learning formats from digital to classroom.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS and support routine admin activities.
• Coordinate learning events with external providers.
• Create and maintain LMS content metadata and accessibility.
• Produce reports and dashboards to identify trends.
• Handle vendor setup and invoicing with internal teams.
