Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Cornerstone LMS Lead to drive technical configuration, audit, and optimisation of Cornerstone OnDemand for a major regulatory project. You will map, build, and deliver mandatory training for about 150 critical water quality roles and mentor a junior colleague.

Your role includes auditing, resolving complex issues, enhancing data hygiene, and overseeing Workday integration. You will collaborate with SMEs and ensure compliant training deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Information Systems or equivalent.
• Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Certified Administrator status is strongly preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in Cornerstone modules (Learning, Performance, Core, LAT, Competencies).
• Experience mentoring, training, or delegating work to junior administrators.

Responsibilities

• Audit Cornerstone for configuration errors and performance issues.
• Lead complex system issue resolution and implement robust fixes.
• Perform routine system data cleanup and maintain data health.
• Configure and validate reporting to avoid setup mismatches or errors.
• Mentor a Junior Cornerstone Specialist and delegate routine admin tasks.
• Coordinate Workday integration and troubleshoot integration workflows.
