Job summary

Screwfix seeks a Learning Coordinator to join the Capability & Digital Learning team. You will help run our learning systems, handle queries, and coordinate learning events across the business.

You’ll work with external suppliers and stakeholders, analyzing data to drive improvements, and ensure accurate content metadata within the LMS. Strong LMS administration and Office 365 skills are essential, with Cornerstone On Demand experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of end-to-end administration of an LMS (Cornerstone On Demand desirable).
• Desirable experience of using data within an eLearning authoring tool.
• Expert user of Office 365 applications including Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience of reporting with analysis of complex data to discover trends.
• Experience of solving colleague queries through clear and timely communications.
• Experience of all round L&D environment from digital to face to face learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Learning Management System and support routine administrative activities.
• Coordinate and organise learning events with internal/external providers.
• Administer webinars, eLearning, video content and workshops using the LMS.
• Improve colleague engagement of training content with admin solutions.
• Utilise LMS to enhance user experience and maintain content metadata.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate vendor setup and invoicing with internal service teams.
• Be the first point of contact for LMS queries across multiple channels.
• Collaborate across banners and functions to maintain LMS efficiencies.
• Create and maintain accurate digital records of learning activity.
