Job summary

TalentHawk seeks an experienced Copilot Training Contractor to design and deliver practical, role-based learning that embeds Microsoft 365 Copilot usage across the organisation. You will lead workshops, coaching, prompt libraries, and self-serve resources to move users from awareness to sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its productivity apps.
• Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning or change initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Solid understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and human oversight.
• Ability to create high-quality job aids quickly and adapt content as Copilot features evolve.

Responsibilities

• Training & content creation: develop and execute a Copilot training plan mapped to business priorities.
• Interactive facilitation: run hands-on sessions and drop-in clinics (virtual and in-person).
• Network & community: energise internal Champion Network to share use cases and best practices.
• Governance & Responsible AI: translate features into guidance; ensure policy compliance with Legal and Cyber teams.
• Adoption & stakeholder engagement: gather feedback and remove adoption barriers with HR, IT, Communications, and Business Leads.
