Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, or enterprise AI tools.
• Experience with phased rollout to large user populations.
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create guidance, use cases, playbooks, and adoption materials.
• Familiarity with governance, data privacy, and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Lead Copilot rollout planning and adoption waves across Group.
• Define user cohorts, personas, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate training, clinics, webinars, and user support materials.
• Capture adoption metrics, usage data, and business value.
• Collaborate with AI Portfolio Manager, Technology teams, and partners.
