Job summary

Avanade is seeking a visionary Architect to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives, shaping transformative proposals and outcomes for clients in the UK. You will work with global teams to design pragmatic Copilot solutions and roadmaps that maximize client value.

In this role, you will guide end-to-end design, governance, and content workflows within M365, while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact transformations and compelling client engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience architecting and supporting sales of Copilot solutions.
• Workplace content and knowledge management strategy, security and governance underpinned by M365.
• End to end solution design accountability and track record for $1M+ digital transformation deals with demonstrable innovation and value creation.
• Expertise in developing and transforming content-based solutions for information workers including information architecture, content migration, governance and control.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, underlying technology, prompts, agents and governance.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Power Platform products.
• Experience with Low and Pro code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients realize business growth through Copilot-based workplace transformation.
• Shape, sell and coordinate delivery of Copilot propositions with account teams.
• Develop pragmatic Copilot solutions and roadmaps aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to future-focused workplace transformation propositions.
• Support selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to demand.
• Assist senior teams with client proposals and pitch mechanics.
• Deliver sales presentations and respond to RFPs.
• Lead workshops and build positive project relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into Microsoft 365-based technical solutions.
• Share Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility best practices with global teams.
