The role requires coordinating with AI Enablement, Technology, and business sponsors to ensure safe, practical adoption and to migrate from legacy tools while tracking time saved and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar enterprise tools.
• Ability to define user cohorts, personas, and adoption waves.
• Experience coordinating training, demos, clinics, and user support materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the phased rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Group.
• Define cohorts, personas, and readiness criteria for adoption.
• Coordinate rollout with Technology teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop adoption guidance, prompts, FAQs, and use-case libraries.
• Monitor adoption metrics and capture evidence of benefits.
