Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Copilot Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant to set the strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in the workplace and drive adoption across client organisations.

You will blend technology strategy with change and communications, lead workstreams, and develop AI‑enabled transformation programmes while coaching teams and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and transformation workstreams.
• Manage small consulting teams and workstreams.
• Develop high‑quality client deliverables and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions with business, technology and change stakeholders.
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
