Job summary

Partnerscale is seeking an AI & Copilot Enablement Lead in Warwickshire, office-based with travel to other sites. You will own AI adoption across the organization, design training materials, run sessions, and build Copilot-driven solutions using the Microsoft suite.

The role requires hands-on implementation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive governance groundwork as internal AI policy nears sign-off. UK travel and site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI enablement lead to own end-to-end Copilot adoption across the business.
• Experience designing training material and running sessions for non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel to other sites in the UK and Europe; full driving licence required.
