A reputable real estate investment firm in Scotland is seeking an EH&S Coordinator for Remediation Services. This role involves daily coordination of maintenance work related to property damage projects, managing workflows via Salesforce, and addressing resident concerns. Candidates should have a high school diploma and two years of customer service experience, preferably with industry on-site experience. The EH&S Coordinator - Remediation Services is responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance service work related to Property Damage Projects while ensuring resident satisfaction. This role will synchronize the remediation process between Project Managers, Onsite teams, Vendors and Residents; communicating mission-critical information and follow-up in a timely manner to assist customers with challenges, escalated concerns and questions. Collaborates with various roles within the company as well as vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.
Base Pay Start Rate:$29.52
