Position Summary

The EH&S Coordinator - Remediation Services is responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance service work related to Property Damage Projects while ensuring resident satisfaction. This role will synchronize the remediation process between Project Managers, Onsite teams, Vendors and Residents; communicating mission-critical information and follow-up in a timely manner to assist customers with challenges, escalated concerns and questions. Collaborates with various roles within the company as well as vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.

Job Duties
  • Manages the remediation and rebuild workflows effectively via Salesforce Cases and Work Orders.
  • Identifies and escalates priority issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner to mitigate risk to the organization.
  • Addresses resident-related concerns and escalations as they arise during remediation work; documenting and tracking through to resolution while projecting the organization’s image professionally through various communication channels.
  • Seeks out opportunities to increase efficiency and is proactive in anticipating needs aimed at creating positive customer interactions to make residents’ Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the remediation and rebuild work structures. Utilizes resources and keeps up to date policies and processes to provide accurate and detailed information on our apartment communities.
  • Confirms, schedules, and follows up on all remediation project service milestones and coordinates both relocation and return to home events with Residents and onsite teams. Communicates project progress, delays, and work completion effectively to Residents, Resident Services and Maintenance teams to inspire trust and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Two years of customer service experience; industry on-site experience preferred.
Other Expectations
  • Schedule may require work on weekends and some holidays.
  • Regular, consistent, and timely attendance required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with an attention to speed, detail, and quality.
  • Salesforce, Google Suite.
Compensation

Base Pay Start Rate:$29.52
