Job Title: Coordinator, Production Operations
Reports To: Director, Project Management
Working Hours: 09:30 to 17:30, Monday – Friday (UK time zone)
Place of Work: UK HQ, Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU
Other: Fixed Term Contract
The Coordinator, Production Operations will handle administrative duties for the Land Production department in the UK, supporting Project Managers and Directors across all land-based projects. The role may include overseeing and managing some land-based contracts and ensuring smooth execution of client orders from procurement to delivery. Collaboration with divisions such as Procurement, Wardrobe, Props, Music & Media, Creative, and Project Management is essential to facilitate the order fulfillment process.
Experience in the entertainment industry or project management preferred.
