BrandAlley are seeking a Studio Production Coordinator to work and support our in-house creative team. The role is based at our in-house Photography Studio in Old Street and the candidate will report directly to the Studio Manager.

What will I be doing?

The key responsibility of the role is to support the Studio team in all aspects of setting up shoots from start to finish.

  • Keeping the studio tidy at all times
  • Supporting and working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure all products are prepped and styled, including steaming and styling samples, unpacking samples before shoots, and packing them away afterward
  • Collaborating with the samples coordinator and Studio Manager to improve studio processes and sample management
  • Assisting in creating, styling, and directing on-brand outfits for Model Ecommerce under the Studio Manager's guidance
  • Presenting looks to the Styling Manager for approval
  • Assisting with still life/flat lay shoots, ensuring styling guides are followed for consistent imagery
  • Maintaining styling wardrobes and liaising to refresh seasonal products
  • Supporting seasonal research and styling notes
  • Chasing the buying and logistics teams for samples pre- and post-shoot
  • Staying updated on styling trends and competitors' activities
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required
