Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cook to join a dynamic catering team in the UK, preparing high-quality meals for a busy kitchen and events, while upholding top food safety standards and teamwork with front-of-house staff.

You will contribute to serving military personnel with consistently high culinary standards and maintain sanitation practices in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and shift patterns support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Chef/Cook within a catering or hospitality environment.
• Recognised culinary qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2/3.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure and team-focused environment.
• Passion for cooking, with a commitment to high-quality food and excellent service.
• Desirable: Military/government catering experience, IOSH qualification or equivalent, MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities
