Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook at RAF High Wycombe to join a Ministry of Defence environment. You will prepare and serve meals, ensuring top quality and safety in a fast-paced kitchen alongside military personnel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent busy kitchen experience.
• Basic IT skills.
• Experience in menu production and confident input.
• Exposure to bulk cooking.
• Desire to develop and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with EHO guidelines.
• Work with front-of-house to deliver outstanding service.
• Cook and serve meals to military personnel, maintaining high standards daily.
• Oversee kitchen sanitation and ensure best practices are followed.
