Job summary

Sodexo in the MOD environment is seeking a professional chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and serve meals for military personnel, while maintaining top kitchen standards and safety guidelines.

You'll collaborate with front-of-house colleagues, participate in high-profile events, and contribute to bulk cooking to ensure consistent quality across all meals.

Qualifications

• Professional chef experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
• Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-focused environment.
• Experience in military or government catering.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
