Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited partner with a reputable law firm in Holywood to recruit a Solicitor for the Conveyancing team. You will manage residential sales, purchases and remortgages from initial instruction through to completion, drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation.

You will liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders, manage key deadlines and develop strong client relationships. A path to partnership is highlighted and a competitive salary up to £60,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in conveyancing.
• Experience in residential property transactions.
• Ability to use own initiative and work well in a team.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an established property team, advising individuals and other clients on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

The role will involve managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages from initial instruction through to completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties, manage key deadlines and develop strong client relationships.

• 2+ years' PQE;
• Conveyancing / residential property experience;
