Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited partner with a reputable law firm in Holywood to recruit a Solicitor for the Conveyancing team. You will manage residential sales, purchases and remortgages from initial instruction through to completion, drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation.

You will liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders, manage key deadlines and develop strong client relationships. A path to partnership is highlighted and a competitive salary up to £60,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in conveyancing.
• Experience in residential property transactions.
• Ability to use own initiative and work well in a team.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential sales, purchases and remortgages from instruction to completion.
• Draft and review contracts and title documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Coordinate deadlines and build solid client relationships.
• Contribute to a supportive conveyancing team environment.
