Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is representing a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to join a firm offering real career progression in a friendly, focused environment. The role includes handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion and learning Bridging Finance.

Office-based role with probationary flexibility and a supportive training program. Salary around £55,000+ depending on experience, with a bonus structure and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of conveyancing.
• Conduct thorough due diligence including property searches and title checks.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties to ensure timely transactions.
• Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
• Commercial property experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Lawyer role-

• Managinga varied caseload with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
• Any commercial property experience would be an advantage

Qualifications and Experience for this Conveyancing Lawyer role:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyanceror paralegal from 2 years +PQEhandling a full range ofresidential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
