Qualifications

• Understanding of conveyancing and property transaction processes.
• Confident, friendly and professional phone manner.
• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
• Ambitious and keen to grow with the sales team.
• Organised and comfortable using CRM and case management software.
• Able to commute to Milton Keynes 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to referred quote requests and send quotes to prospective clients.
• Follow up every quote with a scripted call and convert quotes into instructions.
• Onboard new clients and hand matters over to the legal team.
• Keep referring estate agents and other stakeholders updated on client progress.
• Manage roughly 10–15 quotes a day as volumes grow, keeping records updated.
• Work to weekly and monthly targets and relay client/agent feedback to the Sales Director.
