Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking a target-driven sales professional for our Daventry office. You will talk to warm leads, handle enquiries from clients and estate agents, and convert opportunities into instructions, hitting daily and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in contact centre, telesales, or customer-facing sales preferred.
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Confident on objections and closing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resilience, positivity, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Customer-first attitude; conveyancing or property experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak to warm leads and handle inbound enquiries from clients and estate agents.
• Sell conveyancing services confidently and consultatively.
• Convert opportunities into instructions and hit daily/monthly targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and estate agent partners.
• Handle objections and guide clients through options.
• Manage emails and CRM data accurately and compliantly.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practice and meet team targets.
