Mallory Pryce Ltd. is seeking an organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy team.

The role focuses on supporting property transactions, working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress matters efficiently and uphold a high standard of client service. You will manage file opening, post-exchange tasks and liaise with fee-earners to prepare for completions while maintaining clients' diaries and documentation with discretion and

• Must be organised and client-focused.
• Experience supporting a conveyancing team is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, solicitors and third parties.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain diary accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Open and administer files in accordance with firm procedures.
• Respond to enquiries from buyers' solicitors and prepare replies.
• Progress post-exchange and post-completion tasks with fee-earners and Accounts.
• Arrange meetings and maintain up-to-date diary for fee-earners.
• Interact with clients by phone and in person consistent with firm standards.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Provide cover for other paralegals when needed.
• Support junior staff and reception duties as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of firm and client information.
• Undertake legal research as directed.
