Job summary

Mallory Pryce Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in Leighton Buzzard to support a varied caseload of property transactions. You will work closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to progress matters efficiently while delivering high standards of client service.

The role involves opening and administering files, progressing post-exchange tasks, handling enquiries, preparing documents and providing cover for other team members as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in conveyancing roles is advantageous.
• Ability to manage file opening and administration with accuracy.
• Ability to liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer files in line with firm procedures.
• Deal with enquiries from buyer’s solicitors and prepare replies.
• Progress post-exchange and post-completion work including registrations.
• Arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary for fee-earners.
• Attend clients in person or by phone and provide professional client care.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Undertake any required training and ensure confidentiality of documents.
• Undertake legal research and provide cover for other paralegals as needed.
