• Open and administer files following firm procedures
• Deal with enquiries from buyer's solicitors and prepare replies
• Progress post-exchange and post-completion work; liaise with fee-earners and accounts for completions
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
• Attend clients in person and by phone with professional, friendly service
• Undertake legal research as directed
• Provide cover for other paralegals in the conveyancing team
• Maintain up-to-date diaries for fee-earners
