Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancer in Blackburn to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The role offers a salary up to £45,000 DOE and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will handle freehold, leasehold, sale, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage matters, providing clear legal guidance and liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.

This position would suit a Conveyancer looking to manage a quality caseload within a supportive team environment, whilst benefiting from genuine career progression and flexibility.

The Role

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

The Candidate

• Experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor.
• Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to case management.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy and collaborative team environment.
