You will work 3-4 days in the office per week, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. A valid practicing certificate and at least 3 years PQE in residential property are required; a £1000 signing bonus is available.

• Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
• Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
• Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
• Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
• Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
• Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference.
• Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments.
