Job summary

NPA Recruit is seeking a qualified Conveyancer to work on residential property transactions in Bradford. The role involves verifying titles, drafting contracts, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern with 3-4 days in the office per week. You'll need a valid practicing certificate and at least 3 years PQE in residential property.

Qualifications

• Qualified with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 Years PQE within Residential Property.

Responsibilities

• Verify property titles for ownership, restrictions, and disputes.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents for transactions.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents for seamless processes.
• Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches.
• Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
• Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
• Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
• Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
• Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
• Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference.
• Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments.
