The successful candidate will hold a CLC Practising Certificate and have at least 3 years PQE in residential property. The firm offers a competitive salary, a collaborative culture, and a signing bonus of £1000.

• Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches.
• Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
• Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
• Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
• Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
• Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
• Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference.
• Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments.
