We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at our Leeds office and provide exceptional service on behalf of our lender clients.
You will be responsible for managing and progressing the sale of 'non-standard' residential properties (Freehold, Leasehold & Shared Ownership titles) on behalf of lender clients. You will identify issues that may affect the sale of a property, developing solutions to overcome and making pro‑active recommendations to our clients.
As an experience Conveyancer, you will deal with non-standard matters and complicated sale transactions to conclusion and provide technical conveyancing support and training to team members and clients.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hour per week at our office in Leeds.
