Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Optimisation specialist to support Digital New Business & Renewals. You will drive strategy, KPI delivery and own the end-to-end experimentation process.

Your role includes prioritising experiments, briefing stakeholders, and measuring outcomes to inform next steps. As part of the team, you will maintain the Optimisation Roadmap, analyse results, and apply insights across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in optimisation and experimentation with a proven track record of commercial success in a high-volume ecommerce business.
• Experience with data platforms such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of commercial performance.
• Experience as a data-driven digital/digital marketing professional.
• Ability to evaluate qualitative and quantitative data and turn it into conversion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Optimisation team in Digital New Business & Renewals with strategy and KPI delivery.
• Own end-to-end experimentation delivery.
• Prioritise experiments and manage the Optimisation Roadmap.
• Gather requirements and manage test briefing and sign-off with key stakeholders.
• Measure experiment results and recommend next steps.
• Maintain the Optimisation Roadmap and track activities, hypotheses and outcomes.
• Apply experimentation outcomes across the organisation.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and provide insights.
• Monitor industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across insight-led ideation, business prioritisation, customer-cumulative UX execution, build and QA processes, reporting, analysis and communications.
• Support the development and delivery of new propositions and MVPs to customers.
