• E-commerce experience– Demonstrable experience in an e-commerce or digital role, ideally supporting commercial performance, digital trading, and online customer journeys.
• A/B testing and experimentation– Hands-on experience with A/B testing, test setup, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
• Personalisation and optimisation– Experience using data to deliver personalisation and improvements to digital experiences.
• Analytics and performance reporting– Comfortable with KPIs, trend analysis, tagging/tracking, and using analytics tools to monitor performance.
• Content management – Experience updating digital content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
