Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Systems Support professional to assist customers with HVAC control systems, provide on-site and remote support, and perform commissioning tasks according to project specifications.

The role requires an associate degree in HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent experience, with preferred bachelor’s level studies. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for effective customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical with at least three years industry experience, or one year as a Systems Support Representative.
• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program control applications to support operator workstations and HVAC equipment.
• Perform site startup, commissioning and testing of control applications per specs.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to installers and customers.
• Analyze and diagnose system problems, isolate issues and take corrective action.
• Document problems and resolutions, report findings to the Account Executive.
• Prepare accurate paperwork and update customers on outstanding issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
