The Keyholding Company in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Service Specialist to join our 24/7 control room team in Harlow. The role involves handling enquiries by phone, email and live chat, booking services and updating our bespoke in-house system.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the first point of contact for queries, booking emergency job bookings and complex queries; develop rapport with clients and supply network.
• Multi-task and prioritise workload across channels (phone, e-mail, and live chat).
• Responsible for all aspects of customer concerns, conducting investigations and providing incident reports for clients.
• Liaise with other departments to provide quick and effective resolutions for clients and supply network.
• Allocate jobs to the network through performance analysis on our bespoke platform and mobile app.
• Support digital transformation and adoption of tech-driven solutions.
