Mitie Group plc. is seeking a dedicated Control Room Administrator in Northampton. The role supports 24/7 operations at the National Operations Centre, ensuring on-site safety and timely response to incidents and staffing issues.

You will monitor sites, handle urgent requests, and coordinate welfare checks while maintaining accurate records. The role offers day and night shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern and full training.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin, operations, call handling, logistics, or live monitoring environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay accurate under pressure.
• Comfortable communicating with managers, clients and site staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing and attendance across multiple sites.
• Manage delays, no-shows, and urgent support requests.
• Oversee welfare check calls and respond to quiet periods.
• Respond to duress alerts and escalate incidents promptly.
• Handle phone calls and emails from sites and managers.
• Record incidents and actions accurately.
• Support smooth handovers between shifts.
