CIS Security is seeking a Control Room Manager in Greater London to oversee the control room and frontline teams, ensuring high security standards across a busy retail environment. You will manage incidents, drive service excellence and lead staff development while coordinating with the Security Manager and partners.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required (Security Guarding, Door Supervisor and CCTV Front Line).
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or duty security role.
• Flexible hours including weekends.
• Experience in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train others and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the control room and FOH teams to deliver security services.
• Ensure SLA compliance and incident response in line with policy.
• Collaborate with Security Manager and partners for site security.
• Maintain staffing levels and safe working conditions.
• Oversee CCTV, car park, fire and security systems.
