Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to cover up to 56‑hour contracts, including day, night, weekends and bank holidays. The role requires managing a control room, supervising officers, and ensuring safety and compliance across TfL sites in London.

You will conduct daily briefings, monitor CCTV and security systems, and coordinate incident reporting with management. A valid SIA license, basic IT skills, and ability to pass vetting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• SIA licence must be in date.
• First aid is preferred but training can be provided.
• Basic IT skills including using a laptop, PC and mobile.
• Must pass Police Vetting NPPV1 / CTC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings to area managers and ntfy of overnight occurrences.
• Supervise and manage the control room in absence of supervisor.
• Monitor CCTV, Fire, Access, and other systems from the control room.
• Log incidents and ensure reports are filed on the system.
• Ensure compliance with TfL procedures and data protection standards.
• Maintain daily occurrence logs and update line managers.
