Job summary

Leeds United Football Club seeks a Control Room Operator to accurately log communications and operate radio equipment within the club's control room. You will liaise with Police, First Aid and Event Management, and cascade information to frontline staff in a timely manner.

You will maintain log integrity, handle confidential information, and ensure all activities comply with club policies, GDPR, and safety standards. A strong team player with excellent communication is essential for this role.

• Good stadium knowledge to log incidents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Record information accurately within the control room log.
• Maintain the integrity of the control room log.
• Operate the relevant radio equipment.
• Liaise with other Control Room representatives, including Police, First Aid and Event Management.
• Cascade information to frontline staff via radio and respond to staff and management frontline queries via radio in a timely manner.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Maintain a good knowledge of each event's policies, procedures and job descriptions.
• Take responsibility for personal performance and CPD training as identified or required.
• Ensure compliance with Club policies, procedures and legislation, including data protection/GDPR.
