Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Control Program Re-engineering Lead within the HR Controls, Policy and Infrastructure Team to drive strategic changes and manage cross-functional control program initiatives.

You will partner with Program leads, HR and Technology teams to plan and deliver changes, ensure robust governance, and embed controls and documentation throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of process re-engineering initiatives.
• Plan and execute migration approaches covering process redesign and governance.
• Establish governance with delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Engage with Program Leads, Technology teams, Employee Relations, Service and Operations to align priorities.
• Ensure changes have appropriate controls, documentation, and adherence to standards.
• Lead change management activities including communication plans and training needs.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve processes and reporting.
• Support broader control program management and other strategic HR projects as needed.
