Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Associate to support the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory change management for EMEA CCOR.

You will coordinate assessments, document dispositions, and support governance reporting while partnering with compliance and operational risk stakeholders. In this role, you will help maintain audit trails, improve templates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust governance across BAU activities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of regulatory change events impacting EMEA CCOR.
• Coordinate regulatory change assessments with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain high-quality documentation supporting dispositions in line with firm requirements.
• Maintain regulatory change inventories, dashboards, and trackers; monitor milestones and due dates.
• Support stakeholder communications: preparing briefings, summarising key issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Assist with quality assurance activities to ensure outputs meet firmwide standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline BAU processes, improve templates, and enhance data quality.
