Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) seeks an experienced Contracts Manager - Fire & Security to lead outsourced maintenance across our properties from Wembley or Basingstoke offices, with travel as required. You will ensure compliance with fire and security standards, manage contractor performance and deliver high-value services to residents.

• Experience managing outsourced fire and security programmes including cyclical, planned and reactive works.
• Solid understanding of statutory requirements and best practices relating to fire and security systems.
• Ability to drive contractor performance and ensure value-for-money service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fire and security works across the portfolio to meet compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to spec.
• Lead reporting on planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and KPIs.
• Audit contractor activities, including fire door replacements, for technical compliance.
• Chair and facilitate contractor meetings and present performance against KPIs.
• Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure data integrity.
