Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Fire & Security to oversee outsourced fire and security programmes across multiple sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while delivering value for money and high-quality service.

Based at Wembley or Basingstoke with travel across operating regions, you will manage contractors, drive performance against contracts and KPIs, and collaborate with Asset Safety, Compliance and Procurement teams to

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced fire and security cyclical, planned, reactive and small project works.
• Ability to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Proven track record in leading contractor performance against contracts and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand current statutory legal requirements relating to fire and security systems to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with Asset Safety and Compliance team and raise concerns as needed.
• Support Procurement on contract awards in line with company requirements.
• Lead creation and delivery of reporting for planned or cyclical maintenance programmes and KPIs.
• Engage with contractors to validate fire door replacements and verify scope against guidance.
• Chair meetings with contractors and provide performance reports against specifications and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate asset registers.
