Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Fire & Security to join the Property Services team. You will oversee outsourced fire and security works across the portfolio, ensuring compliance and value-for-money for customers while coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role can be based in Wembley or Basingstoke with travel across regions. Key duties include managing statutory compliance, reporting programmes, auditing fire door replacements, and

Qualifications

• Experience in managing outsourced fire and security works.
• Understanding of statutory requirements relating to fire & security systems.
• Ability to lead reporting on planned/cyclical programmes and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fire and security cyclic, planned, reactive and small projects.
• Ensure compliance obligations are met and services provide value for money.
• Lead contractor performance meetings and provide KPI reports.
• Audit and validate fire door replacements to match scope and technical guidance.
• Maintain accurate asset registers and liaise with Asset Safety and Compliance teams.
