Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial Fire & Security service contracts in London and surrounding counties. You will manage client relationships, oversee engineering teams, and ensure delivery to agreed service levels and KPIs.

You will drive commercial performance, identify upgrade opportunities, review RAMS and technical documentation, and mentor engineers and apprentices, with hybrid working and ample progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in Fire & Security systems.
• Previous contracts manager or senior engineering management experience.
• Experience managing service contracts in large commercial environments.
• Knowledge of IP-based Fire & Security networks.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key commercial Fire & Security service contracts.
• Be main client contact; build long-term relationships.
• Ensure contracts meet service levels, KPIs, and standards.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and upgrades.
• Prepare quotations for remedial works and small projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and internal teams.
• Oversee small works and larger projects.
• Monitor commercial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Ensure SHEQ requirements across areas.
• Review RAMS and technical documents.
• Lead and develop Engineers and Apprentices.
• Support performance management and career development.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow business.
