Job summary

4way Recruitment has partnered with an accredited Fire & Security provider to recruit a Contracts Manager. The role involves owning key commercial service contracts, leading an engineering team, and delivering complex projects across London and surrounding counties.

The successful candidate will oversee Engineers and Senior Engineers, manage client relationships, and drive commercial performance while ensuring safety and quality standards. Hybrid working with visits to client sites is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Fire & Security service contracts.
• Experience managing large commercial environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial Fire & Security service contracts.
• Serve as main client contact building long-term relationships.
• Ensure contracts meet service levels, KPIs, and standards.
• Identify upgrade and remedial opportunities.
• Prepare quotations for works and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Service Coordinators, and Project Managers.
• Oversee small works from quotation to completion.
• Support performance management and career development within the team.
• Lead and develop Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Apprentices.
