Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Fire & Security to join the Property Services team. You will oversee outsourced fire and security works across the portfolio, ensuring compliance and value-for-money for customers while coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Fire & Security to join our Property Services team. This role can be based from either our Wembley or Basingstoke office, with travel across our operating regions as required.The roleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of outsourced fire and security cyclical, planned, reactive and small project works across our portfolio. Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, you will ensure compliance obligations are met while delivering a high-quality, value-for-money service for our customers.Utilising your contractor management expertise, you will oversee performance against term contracts and framework agreements, ensuring all outsourced activities are delivered in line with SNG specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards. You will play a key role in driving contractor performance, maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting the continuous improvement of our fire and security services.Key Accountabilities include:Identifying and understanding all current statutory legal requirements, guidance, and best practices relating to fire and security systems, ensuring that SNG fully meets its compliance obligations.Liaising with and raise any concerns to Asset Safety and Compliance team as required.Supporting the Procurement team as required on procurement exercises to ensure contracts are awarded appropriately and in line with SNG’s requirements.Leading on the creation and delivery of the reporting of any planned or cyclical programmes and maintenance programmes to ensure compliance and key performance indicators performance.Engaging with contractors to validate and audit fire door replacements to ensure original work scope has been achieved and that all works have been done in accordance with relevant technical guidance from manufacturers and accreditation bodies.Chairing and facilitating meetings with contractors, providing performance reports on contractors against specification and agreed KPI’s.Ensuring that SNG asset registers are accurate and maintained.We have some great benefits at SNG, including:25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days)Chance to buy or sell holiday as part of our flexible benefits package3 additional wellbeing days and 2 paid volunteering daysGenerous matched pension scheme up to 12% and Life cover at 4x salaryEnhanced maternity/paternity/adoption payOptions for private medical insurance, dental insurance and critical illness coverWellbeing discounts, including Gym Memberships and access to a 24/7 virtual GP serviceAt Sovereign Network Group, we are passionate about inclusion for all and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
