Job summary

Huntress is seeking a meticulous Contracts Coordinator in Maidstone, Kent. You will manage contracts end-to-end, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and ensure documentation and data are accurate and up to date.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will monitor deadlines, prepare and review contracts and variations, raise purchase orders and invoices, and support commercial documentation with strong attention to detail and IT skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract coordination, contract administration, commercial administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling contractual and financial documentation.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and management of contracts
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, variations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, key dates, and deliverables
  • Ensure contract records and databases are kept accurate and up to date
  • Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and commercial documentation
  • Raise and process purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedures
