Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day admin support to Contracts Manager and engineering team.
• Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments, and reactive callouts.
• Manage client communications via phone and email.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain health and safety documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, reports and contract administration.
• Keep records and internal systems up to date.
