Job summary

JPM Resourcing Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a proactive Contracts / Project Administrator to support busy project teams from a Paddington office in London. You will manage project documentation, maintain document control systems, upload and issue drawings, prepare meeting agendas, and assist with O&M manuals and handover docs across multiple live construction projects.

Full training will be provided; you will collaborate with Contracts Managers and subcontractors and ensure

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Construction Administrator, Project Administrator or Document Controller role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using document management systems such as Viewpoint, Aconex, Procore, Asite or similar (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Contracts Managers and Project Teams.

  • Coordinate project correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

  • Assist with compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project handover documentation.
  • Support procurement administration, purchase orders and supplier documentation where required.
  • Produce reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards.

About the Company

Our client is an established and growing specialist construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an organised and proactive Contracts / Project Administrator to support their operational team from their Paddington office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous construction administration or document control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a successful business.

The Role

Working closely with the Contracts Managers and Project Teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, ensuring documentation is accurate and supporting the successful delivery of multiple live construction projects.

About You

You'll be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy supporting busy project teams.

Ideally you'll have:
