Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Draft and submit all contracts to the Contracts & Compliance team for review (including extensions and other contracts) before delivery to the end recipients.
  • Check commercials
  • Follow document workflow
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Control
  • Conduct contract audits, e.g., check existing contracts on file.
  • Assist team members with external audit requests.
  • Contract validation and implementing updates on internal CRM.
  • Assist with candidate queries.
  • Liaise with Sales / Admin / Finance teams to resolve queries and ensure Contractors / Clients are ready for payment/invoicing.
  • Escalate to Management any business outside of company policy.
  • Work according to the company's Service Level Agreements.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Encourage open and honest communication.
  • Uphold the 'spirit and ethos' of the Quanta Vision & Values.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office-based admin role dealing with high volume.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Efficient and well-organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Attention to detail.
