Job summary

Gattaca Plc is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing compliance of contractors across regulated industries. You will balance attention to detail with commercial awareness while following established processes and challenging risks when needed.

You will work closely with Sales, Agency Pay, Contractors and Clients to ensure compliant, seamless onboarding and continually improve processes using Bullhorn and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new contractors.
• Ensuring contractor records meet regulatory, legislative and client-specific compliance requirements.
• Processing contract change requests, including extensions and amendments.
• Supporting ongoing contractor compliance through document renewals and status updates.
• Conducting client audits and identifying compliance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating in client meetings, particularly with high-volume accounts.
• Monitoring onboarding activity and prioritising workload across the team.
• Continuously reviewing and improving processes to drive efficiency and enhance the contractor experience.
• Working with systems including Bullhorn and TIFO to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Supporting automation initiatives and identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
