Job summary

Gofractional seeks a Contingent Worker Onboarding & Compliance Lead to design and implement a centralised approach for onboarding and offboarding contractors globally. You will partner with Technology, Cyber Security and People teams to enhance JML controls and ensure compliant access for non-permanent resources.

The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility to map processes, establish accountability and deliver sustainability beyond the initial 9-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding/offboarding contingent workers in large organisations.
• Strong vetting, screening and access control knowledge.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement a centralised onboarding/offboarding approach for contingent workers globally.
• Strengthen Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes and embed vetting, access controls and compliance.
• Deliver a hands-on, delivery-focused governance framework for long-term management.
• Identify gaps, establish accountability, and create sustainable BAU ownership.
• Map routes to access FT systems and mitigate control gaps.
• Create documentation, guidance and training for hiring managers and stakeholders.
